BMI : Body Mass Index

This is a measure of height and weight comparison of a body.

BMI between 18.6 and 24.9 indicates you are at a healthy weight.
BMI between 25 and 29.9 suggests you are overweight for your height.

BMR : Basal Metabolic Rate

This is a measure of the amount of energy your body uses when it is completely at rest.

Your BMR depends on gender, age, height and weight, but your body fat percentage, diet, and exercise habits also play a role.

It is a good practice to check BMI and BMR regularly and adjust diet and exercise.
